In this course we work with the key competences for managing people and organizations:our own handling of uncertainty, our understanding of our interdependence with our surroundings and the sense of a future that is only just beginning to emerge. some important issues are the confrontation with individual, organizational and collective rhythms and the ability to lead creative conversations to remain capable of action in complex times.

Leadership by Archetypes

7 x 2 days: In this leadership development program, decision makers deal with leadership, change, and their importance for organizational change. They gain insights into the dynamics within social systems.
This course is based on current leadership and management theories, the integrative approach by Hilarion Petzold, process-oriented pychology by Arnold Mindell and the archetype concept by C.G. Jung.

Training for female supervisory board members (Styria)

4 days: The requirements for effective corporate supervision are widely discussed in the public. Supervisory board members have to ensure that corporate risks are discussed and handled in order for a successful development of the company. This requires a deeper analysis of the role, instruments and self-image of members of supervisory boards.
As part of a focus training, experienced female supervisory board members gain know-how in order to better perform their governance tasks more effectively.
