For seminars, conferences and public events, hereinafter called „events“
Bookings
Bookings will be accepted upon receipt date and time. Bookings are valid after full payment of the bill.
Cancellations and postponements
SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development presumes to have the right to cancel or postpone events due to the registration status or other organizational causes (f.e. illness or accident of one speaker, etc.). Thereby, claim for compensation cannot be generated. Payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are not to emerge.
Compensation is impossible. The cancellation will be carried out in written form, also via E-Mail.
Prices
Prices are subject to change. Included goods and services are depending on the event. Information is available in the event folders.
Organization and content
Organization, content and implementation of an event are depending on the event program. Schedule, venue, speakers or other organizational measures can be changed, as long as the core of the event will not be altered. Compensation after such changes is impossible.
Seminar materials
Materials and/or software that were handed out during the event are protected by copyright. The resultant rights, especially the rights concerning reproduction and copying, reproduction by photomechanical or similar way, and storage in data processing systems, even in excerpts, are subject to SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development.
Hotel
Hotel reservations and hotel charges have to be made by the participants themselves.
Cancellations
Cancellations are to be made in written form. The cancellation of participation in an event can – as long as not otherwise specified in the announcement of the event – be made no later than five weeks before the start of the event. In this case, SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development is entitled to charge a cancellation fee for the costs that resulted from handling the registration.
If Cancellations are made later than four weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the participation costs will be charged. The participant is entitled to name another suitable person for participation in the seminar.
Number of participants
Due to efficient implementation of the seminar and to keeping the high quality standards, the number of participants is limited. In addition, SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development points out that - depending on the event – the implementation of a seminar is depending on a minimum amount of participants at an appointed date.
Liability
SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development is not liable for any damages that arise directly or indirectly due to implementation or non-implementation of an event, unless such damages were caused intentionally or gross negligent by PELZMANN Unternehmensberatung or its agents.
Other
The participant agrees that his/her data will be saved electronically by SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development and that he/she will get information about other events of SABINE PELZMANN Integrative leadership and organizational development by post or via E-Mail. The participant may withdraw this consent at any time.
