Lerning concept

The learning approach follows the hypothesis that the effectiveness of execuritve depends on their own development and the nature of intervention.

This is why it is so important to learn through working in their leadershiprole in their own organisation.
In both modules pulses are set, methods and approaches will be presented and own experiences reflected.
Between the two modules you will get specific tasks of self-observation and intervention.
You will be supported with two hours of coaching.
