Coaching in change – survey 2011
Early Summer 2011. Consultat Sabine Pelzmann-Knafl has as part of a study questioned 72 people from top-management, middle management and staff level of profit and non-profit organizations in Austria about their experience with and their need for coaching in context with complex organizational change processes. After these people were asked anonymously via the internet the results of the survey were analyzed statistically.

Top qualification for women in board of directors 2011 is completed
The aim of this 6-day seminar was to ensure that well-educated entrepreneurs, lawyers and managing directors get professional skills for the entry to supervisory boards. Sabine Pelzmann-Knafl has cooperated as a cooperation partner in the development of the seminar and as a consultant for resource-oriented HR-systems and processes for selection and appointment of this board for this training. Project responsible party was the BfC Kärnten.
